Summary: NEXT SFA is a Sales Force Automation (SFA) app intended exclusively for business users (sales agents, sales representatives). It collects only the data strictly needed to work for professional purposes and does not collect personal data for advertising or commercial purposes.
1. Who we are
The data controller is Next iSolutions SRL, the developer of the NEXT SFA app, available on the Google Play Store under the package ro.nextisolutions.Memo.
NEXT SFA is a professional tool for managing field sales activity: orders, partners, data synchronisation, reports, collection plans and other features specific to B2B commercial work.
2. What data we collect and why
2.1 Location data (GPS)
The app asks for access to the device's location in order to:
- Record the sales agent's route in the field (Route feature)
- Geolocate visits to customers (Visits feature)
- Attach GPS coordinates to confirmed commercial documents
Location is used exclusively for professional purposes and is sent to the employer company's server.
2.2 Access to external storage
The app asks for access to the device's storage in order to:
- Store the local SQLite databases (orders, partners, products)
- Download and import synchronisation files from the server
- Export documents (PDF, reports)
- Update the app automatically (APK download)
2.3 Network and Internet connection
Network access is needed to:
- Synchronise data with the employer company's NextCRM server
- Send orders and commercial documents
- Check the network connection before synchronising
- Communicate over WebSocket for real-time notifications
2.4 Bluetooth
Bluetooth access is used exclusively to connect to portable Bluetooth printers, to print commercial documents (receipts, invoices, delivery notes) directly from the app.
2.5 Phone state
The READ_PHONE_STATE permission is used to identify the device uniquely, for licensing the app and linking it to the agent's account.
2.6 Camera
The app may access the device's camera exclusively to scan the barcodes of products and equipment (optional feature). The camera is not used to take photos or record video for any other purpose.

4. How we store data
- Locally on the device: SQLite databases stored in the app's directory or in the device's external storage. This data is accessible only to the NEXT SFA app.
- On the employer company's server: on synchronisation, the data (orders, visits, route, documents) is sent to the NextCRM server configured by the company that uses the app. Next iSolutions SRL has no access to end users' business data.
5. Who we share data with
Next iSolutions SRL does not sell, rent or transfer users' data to third parties for advertising or commercial purposes.
The data may be accessed by:
- The user's employer company, through the NextCRM server it has configured (orders, visits, route, reports)
- Next iSolutions SRL, exclusively for technical support, at the explicit request of the employer company
6. How long we keep data
- Local data: kept on the device until the app is uninstalled or the user deletes it manually.
- Server data: the retention period is set by the employer company that operates the NextCRM server. Next iSolutions SRL does not control this period.
7. User rights
Under the GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679), the user has the right to:
- Access: request a copy of their personal data
- Rectification: correct inaccurate data
- Erasure: request deletion of their data ("the right to be forgotten")
- Restriction: limit the processing of their data
- Portability: receive their data in a structured format
- Objection: object to the processing

8. Data security
- Communication with the server uses encrypted connections (HTTPS/WSS)
- Local databases are stored in the app's private directory
- Authentication is based on a unique identifier of the device and of the agent
- No passwords are stored in plain text
9. Minors
NEXT SFA is intended exclusively for users aged 18 or over, in a professional context. We do not knowingly collect data from people under 18.
10. Changes to this policy
Next iSolutions SRL reserves the right to change this privacy policy at any time. Significant changes will be communicated through an update of the app on the Google Play Store. Continuing to use the app after the changes are published means accepting the new policy.
