Since 2001, Prisum Healthcare has brought the Himalaya cosmetics range to Romania, and since 2005 it has also distributed products from CSL Behring, a global leader in plasma-derived biotherapies. Distribution runs through several channels: directly to hospitals, pharmacies and health food stores, and through key accounts such as Farmacia Tei, Dr. Max, Dona, Fildas and Alliance.

The company asked for operational integration across sales, logistics, and finance and accounting: from the customer's order to product processing, delivery and fiscal documents, with no gaps between departments.

Founded in 1997 in Tel Aviv as a small soap shop, Sabon now has more than 180 locations worldwide and 20 stores in Romania, nine of them in Bucharest. Since 2020, Sabon Romania has been part of Groupe Rocher.

The challenge started with something very concrete: fiscal receipts had to be issued even when the Internet went down. Add to that centralized sales data for reporting, discounts for loyalty card holders and opening hours that run until 10 p.m., weekends included.

For more than 20 years, Merpano has supported farmers in western Romania with crop protection products, fertilizers and seeds. The company runs the largest seed processing plant in the region and uses its own farm to test the technologies it recommends to its customers across seven counties.

Farmers buy at list price and pay at harvest, and the margin lies in the difference between the discounts the company receives and the discounts it grants. That is where the project started: calculating and tracking off-invoice discounts accurately.

Founded in 2007, Estetik Packing is one of the leading distributors in Romania's aluminum, cardboard and plastic packaging industry, with a growing presence in international markets.

After buying a new warehouse, the company set itself a tight deadline: two months to go live with the warehouse management system, including custom development for order picking, pick location replenishment and goods flows.
