Mentor WME
Includes full accounting functionality that automates document posting and the tracking of prepaid expenses. It generates tax returns 300, 390 and 394 as well as mandatory accounting reports. It validates Romanian tax IDs against the ANAF (Romanian tax authority) databases and calculates exchange rate differences automatically.

Automates processes by running predefined actions on a schedule. It offers 3 main options: Report jobs (SERVER and CLIENT), Alerts for notifications by email, SMS or internal messaging, and Data update procedures for automatic database updates. Report jobs prepare the base tables for reports directly on the Oracle server, on a predefined schedule or on a timer (at a time the user sets), straight from WME. Alerts send information to sales reps, operators or customers based on database queries.

Other modules
Retail
A front-office application for stores that handles cash register sales without a direct connection to the main database. Users work with the item catalog, while configuration and discount options are limited by access privileges. Stock levels can be checked in the database, and data is synchronized afterwards to keep database handling simple. It works with both keyboard and touchscreen input.
e-Factura
Generates, signs and sends electronic invoices in XML format to Romania's national RO e-Factura system, as required by law. The process can be fully automated through the dedicated WMEFServer, with no user intervention.
Data Warehouse
Exports data to Business Intelligence tools by saving and organizing report jobs as tables with dynamic names. Reports can be opened quickly, regrouped by month or business unit, and reused without regenerating the data, which supports annual or consolidated reporting. Users can create their own reports and add them directly to the application menu.
EDI
Imports data from Excel files or bank statements in MT940 format.
