2025: a year of growth for Next iSolutions and maturity across every business line

For Next iSolutions, 2025 was more than a year of growth. It was the year the company entered a new stage of maturity, one where the numbers confirm the direction, but where the real change comes from internal consolidation, from the team and from the way projects are delivered.

With revenue up more than 26%, to about EUR 1.5 million, Next iSolutions closed 2025 on a solid trajectory, driven on the one hand by digitalization programs funded with EU grants and on the other by the growth of its existing customer portfolio.

Two clear growth paths

The Next iSolutions business has grown steadily along two main lines. On one side, ERP and CRM, which kept growing at a stable pace, up 21% in 2025. On the other, WMS and SFA solutions, where momentum was even stronger, with more than 32% growth year on year. This confirms something important: companies are no longer looking only for one-off implementations, but for integrated ecosystems that cover the whole operational flow, from resource management to sales and logistics.

SME digitalization: the multiplier effect

One of the most important growth drivers in 2025 was the digitalization programs funded with European money. They opened up access to technology for a segment of companies that, until recently, had been slower to invest in digitalization.

For Next iSolutions, this translated directly into new projects and faster scaling of existing implementations. One telling example: the number of SOFTONE ERP licenses sold doubled in 2025.

Licenses made up about 40% of revenue, with the rest coming from consulting, implementation and support services. This mix confirms the company's shift toward a model increasingly focused on long-term added value.

Existing customers: the invisible engine of growth

A key aspect of 2025 is that growth came not only from new customers but from existing ones too.

Companies that had already digitalized kept investing in optimization, expansion and new features. Among customers using WinMENTOR ENTERPRISE, the volume of services delivered grew by 47%.

This points to a clear trend: digitalization is no longer a one-off project but an ongoing process.

A team that grows with the business

This kind of momentum would not have been possible without a team able to keep pace with the projects. In 2025, Next iSolutions grew to 25 specialists, as the support and delivery teams expanded.

Beyond the numbers, this is probably one of the most important signals of the year: the company didn't just grow, it strengthened its ability to deliver consistently, predictably and at scale.

New services and a broader portfolio

Another important step in 2025 was the launch of a cloud backup service on Amazon infrastructure, dedicated to protecting data for the ERP systems we implement.

At a time when operational resilience is becoming critical for every company, services like this are a natural addition to the Next iSolutions portfolio and strengthen its position as an end-to-end technology partner.

What are our goals for 2026?

If 2025 was about consolidation, 2026 is about acceleration. Next iSolutions plans to keep developing its own warehouse management system, NEXT WMS, with a focus on bringing artificial intelligence into logistics processes, from purchasing and storage to delivery. At the same time, we are building a partner ecosystem that can implement NEXT WMS in complex projects, extending the reach of the technology beyond our direct deliveries.

That, in short, is the information we sent to the media a few days ago. It was picked up by several business and technology publications, confirming the interest in the company's development and in the dynamics of the Romanian SME digitalization market. We were featured in Ziarul Financiar (photo above), Bursa and Club Antreprenor, as well as in ClubITC, Outsourcing Today and IT Channel.

2025 wasn't just a year of growth for Next iSolutions. It was the year the company began to see itself more clearly as a mature player in the digitalization ecosystem, with better-defined products, a stronger team and a clearer strategic direction for the years ahead.
